Edible Exfoliant - for Face and Lips

Rosemary and raw cacao act as astringents and tighten pores.  Super fine almond meal gently exfoliates while offering Vitamin E for its anti-oxidant and healing properties.  Red lentils and nutmeg are used in Ayurveda for their ability to fight blackheads and acne. To Use:  Massage 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of exfoliant on to a damp face using a gentle circular motion.  Leave on for 10-15 minutes for a deeply moisturizing mask.  Rinse with warm water.  Follow with 'The Only One' Facial Oil to moisturize and protect.  Use daily. For use as a spot treatment for acne, apply to affected area and leave on for 30-45 minutes. Rinse with a warm wet cloth.
